Overview
Day 01 - Delhi – Agra
On arrival at “Safdarjung Railway Station, Delhi” you will be received with a grand traditional welcome by our tour manager and the crew of Maharajas' Express train. Freshen up, relax for a couple hours and get ready to proceed for a scrumptious on-board dinner in the Maharajas' dining restaurants.
Day 02 - Agra
On the 2nd day, disembark the train and get mesmerised with the beauty of an ivory-white marble mausoleum on the south bank of the Yamuna river the “Taj Mahal”. A delectable brunch accompanied by Champanage atop Taj Khema overlooking the awe-inspiring Taj Mahal will mark the high point of the day. Later, return to the train for lunch. Post lunch, disembark the train and proceed on your sightseeing tour to Agra Fort. Following the Agra Fort exploration, you can either opt for a shopping tour or local sightseeing tour to Itmad-ud-Daulah tomb and Fatehpur Sikri or enjoy a spa session at a palace hotel. Later, return to the train for dinner and overnight stay. The train will head towards its next destination, Ranthambore.
Day 03 - Ranthambore - Jaipur
Eenjoy a thrilling game safari in Ranthambore National Park in the morning. Return to the train for breakfast and depart for Jaipur. The 3rd Day will be dedicated for leisure activities. Have a tempting on-board breakfast and get ready to explore “Amber Fort” or, you can take up optional activities such as:- spa facilities at 5-star hotel, unique private shopping tour, golfing at Rambagh Golf Club, grand City Palace and the watch tower particularly known as Jantar Mantar. Later in the day set off for a regal ride/ exclusive elephant activities (like decorate, paint or feed them) at City Palace or Jai Mahal Palace which is followed by your on-board lunch. In the evening, enjoy a mesmerizing & traditional “Kalbelia dance performance” and luscious dinner before you retire for the day in Jaipur and continue to leave for Delhi.
Day 04 - Delhi
Today, you will come back to Delhi, have an on-board breakfast and say goodbye to Maharajas' Express’ as this amazing “Gems of India” tour comes to an end.
