Framroze Mehta, Proprietor

A veteran businessman, Framroze has over 30 years of hands-on experience in the foreign exchange, travel and hotel industries. The erstwhile PACT Travels was headed by Framroze. He has been solely responsible for the pan-India expansion of Pheroze Framroze, the foreign exchange flagship of the Pheroze Framroze Group. Framroze heads a professional team of experienced executives and expert travel consultants at H@L.

Meher Framjee, Chief Executive Officer

A stalwart in the Indian Travel Industry, Meher has over 30 years of experience in both outbound and inbound tourism field. Well known in the travel trade circles, she has networked closely with suppliers, tour operators and trade partners worldwide. She started her career with TCI, where she spent over 15 dedicated years, and thereafter had a long tenure as VP Sales and Marketing with Trail Blazer Tours (TBI). Her work has earned her many laurels for excellence in this field. We believe her true  professionalism and excellent reputation has taken Holidays@Leisure to greater heights.

Rahul Sartape, General Manager

Rahul started his career as an airport representative in 2004 with Trimurti Holidays, over the course of his career he got promoted to Senior Tour Executive. Due to his hard work, dedication and high level of training, he now holds a senior position of General Manager with Holidays@Leisure. He brings with him 16 years of destination management leadership experience in the Travel & Tourism industry including good number of years of experience spent with Trimurti Holidays and Trail Blazer Tours India Private Limited.

He completed his Master’s degree in Marketing Management from “Mumbai University”, and also holds a Diploma in Business Management (DBM) from “Welingkar Institute of Management Development and Research (WeSchool)” - In addition to his exceptional pan-India travel network created over the years, Rahul is also skilled at establishing and implementing strategies that are business-driven and result-oriented. With his strong product knowledge and business development strengths, he is aptly empowered to navigate any micro or macro challenges.

His expertise includes the designing of value-driven and highly customized tours, cruise handling/operations and overall tourism in all the markets. By developing and maintaining long-term relationships with tour operators, foreign suppliers, cruise companies and corporate/incentive groups, Rahul has full insight into current tourism trends, emerging destination markets and the power of exceptional service that makes clients  return to us  year after year.
