Rhine River Cruise Experience with Holidays@Leisure

The Avalon Rhine river cruise from Basel to Amsterdam was excellent. The cabin was spacious with full-length French windows, providing a panoramic view outside. The food and drinks were also of high standard, offering several choices at lunch and dinner. The daily outings at each port were well-managed but started at 8:30 am, a trifle early for us.

Thanks. The arrangements made by Siddhi Thakur of Holidays@Leisure were very good, and she updated us at every stage. Although we found the cruise a bit pricey, I would definitely recommend it.

Our Holiday to Uzbekistan

This was our first trip to the Central Asian nation of Uzbekistan. It was planned at the last minute in great haste as our Israel trip got canceled because of the war. The entire trip, including airfare and visas, was organized by 'Holidays at Leisure.' Siddhi planned the entire trip for us in a very short span of time, and everything was perfectly arranged. We had certain queries and reservations regarding local travel, but Siddhi was quite reassuring.

Akmal from Pilgrim Travels was our local host. He did a wonderful job in terms of the itinerary and had arranged excellent guides who were warm, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Akmal himself accompanied us in Bukhara and even took us to a Uzbek wedding.

Uzbekistan is a wonderful country with amazing monuments, great cities, diverse cultures, cuisines, and people. For history buffs like us, it was a pure delight, particularly because of the shared history with India and the Mughal Empire. Thank you, 'Holidays at Leisure,' for this amazing holiday.

Cambodian Holiday !

Dear Siddhi,

We would like to thank you, and your team,  for arranging a wonderful Cambodian holiday for us. It was a great holiday .... so much history, architecture and the people were great. 

In Siem Reap, the hotel was good and the tour guide, Leap, and driver Sai were excellent.Leap was knowledgeable and informative and extremely helpful,  but especially when he assisted Sherene when I was unwell.

He also helped us make some additional arrangements for sightseeing in Battambang and Phnom Penh which we had not included originally.

The guide, the energetic Mr. Teptin, or Tintin, showed us around and shared his stories of Cambodian history and we were honoured that he shared some of his own personal stories.

In Phnom Penh, Dara our guide was warm, friendly and attentive. He was always ready and waiting ahead of time to meet us. His tours were informative and descriptive. We enjoyed our tour with him and driver Peing. The hotel too was good.

Whenever we stopped for a meal, Dara and Leap made sure they translated into the local language “Khmer”, our dietary requirements.

Sorry for the delay.

The arrangements were excellent and the vehicle upgrade was most welcome. Both the drivers were very good, particularly Abbas in Kerala, we did have him with us for 9 days. Babu in Karnataka was also very good. Our guide in Fort Kochi, Shine ( that is his name) was knowledgeable and we went to places which were not on the list. Much appreciated. Koder House was very centrally located and charming.

Unfortunately the complimentary guide in Bangalore, though knowledgeable was very right wing in his political views. This creates a very wrong impression with visitors. I had not accompanied my nephew.

Mysore was a good trip though the hotel was at least 8 kilometres from the city. An industrial area, but the hotel and food was good and we had transport at our disposal. If there had been duty timings it would have been a problem.

Your associate who we met in Kochi was very cooperative and had done a very good job with our arrangements.

Myanmar trip

Dear Rahul and Preeti, 

We had a very good trip to Myanmar. The arrangements were excellent; especially the tour guides, and selected hotels. The guides were on time always, and were there any time we needed them. The program suggested was good too, though we would have liked to see more of Mandalay, rather than the sites on the outskirts of the city.

The hotel in Inle Lake, Sanctum Resort, was exceptional. The location, service, ambience was exceptionally good.  Savoy Hotel in Yangon was good too.

Myanmar has to improve its tourism infrastructure, but for travellers who are looking for a different destination, it is worth a visit.

Egypt Trip

Dear Meher, Rahul, Darshana,

I am sorry I have taken a little long to give you this feedback, but I hope you got the pictures I sent yesterday.

First I want to thank you and Rahul for all you help and patience. Meher all the hotels and the cruise you suggested were excellent .We all had a wonderful time and were very happy with all the arrangements. Especially the old cataract Aswan was outstanding, a super room. The Ritz Nile was also very good. Worth paying extra to get a Nile facing room. If the client wants to spend the extra the agent’s excel were very good. There rep Mr Salla needs special mention, there was never a "no" from him. Everything was always possible all the restaurants were also good. We asked for a fish restaurant and he chose a really good local one, very simple place but the fish was very fresh and it was our best meal. Another one we choose was Tabouli, lovely restaurant.

The drivers were all good and polite, we had a attitude problem one day with one of them and Salla changed him immediately. The guide Karen was very good, explained well and took good care of us.

The ship you choose was excellent. Really comfortable and the staff all very polite. The accommodation was really spacious and good. I would recommend it to all you clients. Food was also good not gourmet but good. We were very few on board but made good friends, lovely people.

The sightseeing was also good.  Just to let you know you can arrange your own sight seeing as well. Some guests did hot air Balloon. Our guide Hany Safii was also very caring and good and looked after Anees and Zameer. My trip to Abu Simbal went very smoothly and absolutely worth it, the guide there was also very good. So glad I went.

All in all a wonderful trip, luckily Zameer was better in just two days. And my experience with the two mosques, was amazing, a life time experience, which made my holiday complete Thank you once again and please thank all the staff 👍👍💕

It was a very well planned trip.  Shaukatbhai took good care of us. 

His 2 drivers especially Tensing were very good.  Never felt unsafe with him on those roads. 

The TUTC camps were amazing.  

If money is not a constraint then 2 nights at TUTC camp would be nicer or then back to the Grand Dragon for 2 night   Making that 6 nights instead of 7.

Japan Trip

Hi Rahul,

Returned last evening from a wonderful Japan trip I had been planning for last 2 years.

Nita joins me in appreciating all the arrangements you and your team made to make this trip memorable.

Flights were fine and on time, hotels in Tokyo and Hakone were great and located very conveniently.

Kyoto Hotel was located conveniently and close to tour pickup point & Kyoto station. However, their rooms were very small and they have a funny system of charging hourly basis for early check in. Paid Yen 1500 for 1 1/2 hr. (Tokyo hotel checked me early 3 hours with no charge).

SIC transport and bullet train transports were very good, punctual and with all directions in English, had no issues in 3 rides in bullet trains.

I was apprehensive on language but most places could manage in English. Similarly, managed well with Japanese Veg meals provided during daily tours - with 3 days being very good ( barbeque lunch in Tokyo, 5 course dinner in Hakone & buffet lunch in Kyoto ).

Enjoyed all the tours, though personally not very comfortable in SIC tours. Your supplier is very good (one of the largest in Japan) with excellent and helpful staff & English speaking guides. Tours were well arranged with sufficient time at each place. Wish we had an extra day at Hiroshima and a day at leisure like we had in Kyoto.

Overall, a great and memorable trip. Thank you and team for everything.

Look forward to my next trip in June / July next year to Alaska & West Coast, US.

Dear Rahul

My apologies for the delay in sending you this mail.

Our Avalon cruise, in a word, was excellent. Our suite was spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom was also great. I saw the ordinary cabins, they were fairly big, and certainly nothing like the Hurtigruten shoe-boxes. Service was really wonderful all through, kind and helpful staff, mostly East European.

Food was excellent. Buffet breakfast and lunch was ample and really good. The sit-down five course dinner was always great, with multiple choices (including vegetarian), and any alcohol you fancied. No meal was skipped ever; if an excursion was at dinner or lunch time, the meal time was adjusted.

The ship itself was very small...two levels of cabins, a dining hall, a lounge, a sun deck and a coffee lounge, with round-the-clock tea/coffee and biscuits. There was even an exotic tea-time with cakes of all descriptions. There was a resident pianist in the lounge, and we had a band playing one evening.

This was an 'active' cruise, therefore, at every stop there was a choice of tours. Usually, this was a running, cycling or walking tour choice. Obviously, we only chose walking, which was hectic and quite tiring. You do have to be fit for this type of cruise, unless you choose to stay back on the ship. The tours were included in the price; however, we did pay for two tours. All the tours were good, except the one in Xanten and the tour into Frankfurt. In the early part of the cruise, we suffered temperatures of 40 degrees C, which of course was unusual weather.

All in all, I would recommend this cruise, unless you are unfit, in which case some of the other Avalon non-active cruises might be a better option.

It’s remiss of me. Anne and I so enjoyed our trip that I’d planned to email you much sooner. Of course Christmas became busy back in Mumbai. 

The trip was excellent. 

Aleem our guide is brilliant. He knows the history very well, but even better he knows how to explain it in a way that meets the client’s understanding and background. He brings the ancient world to life. Also, his English is so good we could also embark on great debates and discussions during the long drive (made longer by roadworks).

Rahju (I apologies I don’t know how to spell his name) our driver is also excellent. He is an excellent driver and also engaged with us to entertain and inform. 

Of course the sites - the caves and the fort - are magnificent. What an incredible history. There is too much to see and learn in India. It would take a visitor many years. But I am very grateful for your company’s excellent service so that I could learn about a small but important part of your history.

Hope you are having a lovely day. As you may know, the BLC tour was one of my first projects with Mrs. Zaveri and it has taken months of coordination to pull it off. And what a brilliant output! Rahul has at each and every stage made the process a cakewalk for all the stakeholders, his patience is truly commendable.

The itinerary was very well executed despite the prevalent tension that it might be very hectic for the group. The team’s eye for detail was appreciated by all the members as it was evident how much effort had been put in to make each day a different, yet comfortable, experience. The members engaged very well with all their destinations thanks to the very knowledgeable Bharat whose humour too was enjoyed till the very end. Rajveer’s willingness to help and enthusiasm was noticed by members who in fact reached out to know the ‘young man’s name’.

I hope it was equally fun for your team to be a part of this project and I apologise for all lapses in communication and otherwise that may have occurred during the process. You have built a team with great values and principles that has inspired most members to recommend the services to their friends and family back home. Personally, for me, working with the team has been a very enriching experience and I have come out of the project with valuable learnings which I am grateful to you for.

It was great to meet you in Jodhpur! I'm glad you were able to join us that evening, just one of the spectacular events we had on this trip.

Many thanks to you, Rahul and the whole team that worked on this trip - it was amazing, and absolutely flawlessly executed. Everyone in the group felt, and was, very well taken care of by Rahul and the team. They were all highly professional the entire time, while also being pleasant and fun to spend time with, which is helpful when you are going to be together for several days. Rahul did an excellent job of managing the tour overall, while also himself paying great attention to details.

We had a fairly wide range of ages and personalities on this trip - though all Wellesley women, other than the few spouses and children of the BLCers who attended, so I suppose there were was a lot of commonality to the group as well. What I would like to convey is that Rahul, Bharat and the team worked extremely well with everyone on the trip, taking care of specific needs whenever required, and paying the utmost attention to details like dietary restrictions, etc.

The care of Rahul and the team until the very last day, Monday, Feb. 12th (when a smaller group was still in Delhi) was superb. They made sure we had a wonderful experience every day, that we had what we needed at every moment and that we all made it to the airport on time, and more, Abhinav took great care of my group going to the airport on Monday.

We really could not have asked for better work on your team's behalf. Their service, and of course, the amazing work of Bharat and his seemingly endless knowledge, are all very much appreciated. As I'm sure is true with many groups you have worked with over time, our group is very special to us, and you have given us some wonderful memories -- all experienced without a single glitch.

Hi Rahul

First of all, thank you so much.  The trip was outstanding.  Steve and I thoroughly enjoyed India, and felt it was a great experience.  

We thought the Wellesley portion of the trip was especially outstanding.  Our guide, Bharat, was really exceptional, and seemed to fit in with our demanding group really well.  We learned a lot from him, and since this was a trip of Wellesley grads, it was especially important to us to have a learning component.  We also thought the way the trip was broken down into starting with Agra, then flying to Jodhpur, then back to Delhi to tour, was really well done.

Bottom line, there was nothing we would have suggestions on regarding the Wellesley portion of the trip.

On our own portion of the trip, to Udaipur and Jaipur, the only criticism I would make is that our guide in Udaipur, was not very good.  Our driver and the person who met our plane and escorted us to the airport were excellent, but after having Bharat in Delhi, the Udaipur guide had little energy, and did not seemed to be very interested in figuring what we would like to do, and engaging us.  On a more positive note, both hotels we stayed in were amazing!  We loved the Lake Palace in Udaipur as well as the Taj in Jaipur.  Upgrading to fancier rooms was also a big plus for us.  We also appreciated that you all were able to arrange golf for us in Jaipur.  That was a fun experience for us. Also, our guide in Jaipur was excellent.

We also appreciated being met by a nice young man at the Delhi airport and escorted to our hotel where we rested until our late night flight back to the states.  I wish someone had told us to make sure we had checked in for the flight back.  I ended up thinking my British Airways itinerary would get me into the airport in Delhi, but the guard would not let me in.  Luckily, my husband had checked in on-line, and the nice young man from Holidays@Leisure stayed with me outside the entrance door until a British Airways representative came out to where I was with my ticket.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for an unforgettable visit to India this February. I was celebrating a special occasion (my 65^th birthday) with my 25 year old daughter, and put myself entirely in Rahul’s hands to create a two and a half week itinerary.

Our guides were outstanding (especially Barot) as were our greeters and drivers. Every hotel was more fabulous than the next, and I am especially grateful to Rahul for persuading me to stay at the Taj Lake Palace.

The restaurants, and food in the hotels was terrific.

As I am particularly interested in history, art and culture, I am especially grateful that I came back from India with a much deeper understanding of such an important country.

Everything has been perfect, very well organized. The guides very professional, but, the best of all, the driver in Kerala.

There is only one thing that I would avoid, the guide in Cochin, he only took us to different shops, nothing interesting. We would be able to make the tour on ourselves.

Hotels were very good, the best one the Brunton Boatyard in Cochin, we would spend 4 or more days in this hotel.

Of course, we have talked about your travel agency to all our friends. And, if we go back to India, we will get in touch with you to arrange our trip.

Your selections:

• Coconut Lagoon: Was OK, but it was a too large hotel and we did not like it very much. Overall it was not the level we expected. Maybe if we upgraded into on of the rooms with private pool it would have been ok.
• Houseboat: Was very good - but almost too big for a one day cruise 😄 if we knew about the quality of the boat before we might have stayed overnight on it instead of Coconut lagoon. A smaller boat for the one day cruise would have been enough. But over all very good
• Brunton Boatyard: Very nice hotel and good location. Our room was very good and we want to thank you again for moving us to this location - however Kochi was a disappointment - but nothing to do with the hotel and your organisation.

Hello Rahul,

Firstly, allow me to thank you and y our entire team for the most memorable holiday I have ever had. It could not have been better and I will certainly be recommending you to anyone I meet who wishes to visit India.

Special mention must go to Manoj (from Jaipur), who was our driver for the majority of the trip. His driving was excellent, and he looked after us, especially our mother as if we were his own.

Urba Dutt, Sunil, Raj and all the other agents catered to our every need and made sure all the internal flights etc were trouble free.

The guides provided were exceptional in their knowledge, patient when my mum got tired and SO accommodating when we wanted to change the itinerary.

The hotels were absolutely first class and none could be better for comfort , surroundings,hospitality, food. All great.

Finally, I felt we did just enough every day so that it was a full day and the places we visited, we saw well. What I mean by that is there is so much to see in every City or area that if one wanted to visit all of it you could not get the 'full flavour'. the way you organised our trip,we spent time at places and absorbed it all. Perfect.

Dear Rahul,

 Returned over the weekend post a wonderful Cruise vacation to Alaska.

Norwegian Jewel Cruise trip was a great experience and was a much better than we had anticipated with few apprehensions that we had before leaving. Going to the pier in Vancouver, check in and getting our luggage to our state rooms was quick and smooth. So was our final disembarkation at Seaward – very professional handling of passengers.

The staterooms provided were spacious and well equipped and maintained clean daily. Nice entertainment programs and all the 3 shore excursions were very good and well arranged. The cruise had various activities to keep one entertained and busy as per their likes. Two visits on days 5 and 6 to Glacier Bay and Hubbard Glacier were simply awesome. The National rangers came aboard our ship and narrated the entire Glacier Bay tour which was amazing and one of the most beautiful places we have ever seen.

Food was simply very good with separate counter for Indian food for all the meals (over 300 Indian passengers) but there were other good veg options as well – Chinese, Mexican, pizza, burgers etc. Prateek and Nehal were well taken care of regarding their Jain food requirements and were offered all meals as per their choice. Many thanks for making this arrangement. Lunch was provided on embarkation day as well as on days of shore excursions.

At seaward onward to Fairbanks, we hired a car and went on few sight seeing’s as per our convenience, including trip to Arctic circle and a plane landing on icefields at Seaward.  Alaska is simply an outstanding natural beauty and a life time experience.

We were very happy with all the arrangements made for our trip. The hotels were up to the mark.The hot breakfasts were good standard. The pick-ups were always on time. The drivers and other staff were well informed, helpful and courteous. The commentaries along the way were entertaining and amusing.

On the flip side the boxed breakfasts were woefully inadequate. Also we must mention here that we rightly feel that in view of the change in itinerary due to the earthquake, your supplier should refund us for the booked inter-ferry ride and the seat-in-coach travel booked from Kaikora to Wellington and from Wellington to Christchurch.

Our special thanks to Mughda for taking care of the minutest details regarding the tour. She was available to us 24/7 rain or shine even on her day-offs. A good person and a capable organiser. She saw us through all the changes in the itinerary and was a great support to us.

We have returned from our absolutely fabulous holiday through iceland and norway, happy, satisfied and delighted with everything that we saw and did.

This was a trip that was long in the planning, (i’m sure we exhausted you all with all the chopping and changing), and tedious in the detail. You all patiently listened to all our trepidations, answered all our questions, and have come through with flying colors with all the arrangements that you made. You attended to every little detail, be it transport, excursions, hotel room allocations, tailor-made guided tours, visits to museums, parks, bookings aboard the hurtigruten cruise, restaurant reservations, airport transfers, or even advice on clothing.

Iceland is a place, which i had never thought that i would visit in the winter. Yes, it was cold, brutally cold for those of us who live in the tropics, but as the icelanders say, ‘there’s no such thing as bad weather, only bad clothing.’ the stark winter weather, wide expanses of snowfields, and ominous volcanic mountains made for breathtakingly beautiful scenery. The barren lava fields, black ash beaches, majestic waterfalls, and basalt volcanic formations, were all enhanced by the beauty of the late sunrise and early sunset. The north atlantic rift made me realize how the forces of nature created iceland only 25 million years ago, and how that force is, even today, pulling iceland apart. As you can see, i’m in awe of this beautiful land.

And then norway! What a beautiful country! Learning about its history, going back to the days of the vikings, and experiencing its geological creations - the majesty of the fjords, created over millions of years of melting glaciers. The highlight was aboard the hurtigruten cruise, as we rounded the north cape, with nothing but ocean between us and the north pole, the clear starry night burst out in the most amazingly beautiful streaks of green. The northern lights!!! They danced, they spun, they streaked, they twisted, as we watched, not wanting to blink for fear of missing a moment of this display of nature’s majestic beauty. This glorious sight lasted for over an hour, interspersed with tinges of orange, pink, and a hint of red. It was mesmerizing. Our dream of visiting these two countries in the winter had come true. The bitter cold was forgotten as the heavens danced in front of our eyes.

All in all, i was truly humbled by the richness of nature’s creations. 

This holiday will be etched in my mind forever.

Thank you, each and every one of you for making this one of my most memorable holidays ever. I’ll be back in mumbai next week and will come and thank you all in person.

Firstly we must thank all of you who made our holiday in srilanka trouble free and enjoyable.
The itinerary was well thought out and the arrangements worked out very well. The taj hotels in colombo and bentota were very comfortable as expected and their staff extremely courteous and helpful at all times.
We enjoyed our boating excursion on the madu river and viewing the turtle hatchery. Giving a helping hand to mother nature is a noble gesture and that is exactly what the turtle centre does in rescuing turtle eggs and releasing the hatchlings into the sea.
A special mention must be made of our driver cum guide who patiently waited for the arrival of our delayed flight into colombo. A careful and excellent driver and a knowledgeable person he was responsible for our smooth and comfortable transport throughout our entire stay.

Hotels were good, except agra hotel. Agra hotel was not clean and lack of standards of 5 star hotel.

Everyone liked the entire trip including the bus journey. Thank you so much once again for arranging nice bus.

Special thanks for driver - bharat singh and jalim singh. They were so professional and very nice towards everyone.

Driving was awesome. We felt so relax and comfortable with them.

Japanese guides were good too, again except the agra one. I do not know japanese well, but my japanese family said his japanese was bit rough and he repeated the same information again and again. Nothing special information he provided.

Again i do not want to forget to express my special thanks to mr. Ashok yadav and mr. Rajveer. 

Both people were so nice and very professional. They always make us feel so comfortable. Excellent communication, well planned, down to earth attitude and so much confident in their job, at the same time they were kind enough to accept, modify, arrange quick plans and suggestions. I really appreciate these two people. Once again the coordinator of agra failed to make an impact on our hearts.

We had a most wonderful and hassle free trip. Thanks to all the minutest details that you all had put together for us.

The hotels we stayed in were excellent. The locations chosen were excellent, and so were the services.

The property of centara kata in phuket was very beautiful and sprawling, with two swimming pools. We had a lovely room facing the pool. It was equipped with an open kitchenette, a drawing room and a bedroom.

In Chiang Mai we were upgraded to a suite, which was very spacious.

Then coming to Bangkok magestic grande, the room was small which is expected in a city, but the view was excellent and so was the service.

We were very happy with the transports arranged by you all. They were spacious 10 seater vans, very clean and well maintained. Our flight was late by 1HR 30MINS from bombay to phuket (via Bangkok), but we were greeted with a smile on arrival in phuket. Sohrab forgot his wallet in the van that dropped us to the Chiang Mai airport. We were very frantic, but when we contacted the agent he was very helpful and after investigation called back reassuring us that the wallet was found and was promptly sent to the airport within 20 minutes.

Our special thanks to Zarina for setting out a day to day detailed itinerary.

We have just returned to Bombay after the most wonderful stay in Sri Lanka and want to thank you so very much for organizing it for us!

We loved the country, the hotels we stayed at, all the arrangements made for us. The whole trip went by seamlessly with Sanath Fernando, our guide and driver, orchestrating it all for us. He was such a wonderful person, such an informative tour guide, we were so very impressed with his breadth of knowledge on just about any subject. He brought the history, geography, biology of Sri Lanka alive for us, enlightening us on so very many facets of the life of his country. We saw it through his eyes and fell in love with the country. He organised each day with such meticulousness, but always looking to our comfort and convenience. He was quick to change plans to suit weather inclemency, if he saw we were tired or were inclined to some other interest or activity.

The hotels we stayed at were really good, very comfortable, each one different in its own way. But the common thread was the service, the smiles - all par excellence! The food was superb everywhere but we must make a special mention of the Grand Hotel in Nuwara Eliya. The food there was the very best. You know we were so keen on staying at The Tea Factory but quite honestly, although we did visit it as suggested by you and were received very warmly and had a delicious meal there, we do not regret staying at the Grand. It has an old world charm (the dress code in the dining room for instance!) and is so centrally located, that we loved it! The Kingsbury were most cooperative and allowed us a late check-out as you had requested.

We were very happy with Jetwing's services and all the arrangements made by them, right from the moment we were met at the airport by Sanath until our departure eight days later. We know that their representative was in constant contact with Sanath all the time, checking that all was going well.

Meher, we are definitely going to recommend Holidays@Leisure to all our friends and most certainly will tell everybody that they just must visit Sri Lanka!

I would specially like to put in an Extra good word for our Guide Mr. Sumit Pruthi. A very obliging & helpful young man, who had a thorough knowledge of all the places we visited. He worked with great Sincerity, & made each guest feel looked after & welcome.

The Cars were of very good standard, & although all the Drivers were good, I would like to put in a good word for Mr. Yahya Ali Al Rabani, in whose car I sat every day.All the drivers were young, happy & jovial.

The trip was very well planned out.

All the flights and accommodation was very comfortable.

The upgrade in the cruise was great!!!

Siloso beach resort gave us a room with a fantastic view. 806. Incase u need it for future bookings.

We would have liked to spend a few more days in singapore as you had advised initially.

Berjaya gave us an excellent room as well.

As you know Brian and I were extremely pleased with the tour that you kindly arranged and I would be more than happy to provide a reference, verbal or written should you require one.

We were recommended to Holidays@leisure in Mumbai by a friend and they most certainly delivered a superb programme. We asked for an extensive tour of Rajasthan and a few days in Kerala to finish the trip. At each city we were met by the local agent who outlined the programme and introduced us to a local guide. All the guides were well briefed, informed and a pleasure to meet. The hotels were all of excellent standard, well chosen and most comfortable and we were treated most cordially at each one and well looked after. A warm Thank You from the bottom of our hearts for all your assistance while booking our Taiwan trip ... it was a picture perfect trip for both of us. Right from meeting our English speaking guide Ruth outside the Taipei airport till bidding her Good Bye at the same place after a week, we not only did have a great trip with wonderful memories and innumerable photographs, we did shared a lot more about the rich culture, heritage and history amongst ourselves about our respective countries... She is an extremely warm and knowledgeble guide, and caring too... She never ever let us feel out of the place.

We had an enjoyable holiday to Rajasthan, and were especially pleased to see that the historical sites in all the places are well preserved. The tourist guide in Jaipur was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were impressed with his knowledge of history not only pertaining to the places that we visited but also Indian history in general. The guides in the other two cities were good and could speak well about the places we visited.

All the guides and drivers were very courteous, and helpful at all times.

I am writing to thank you on behalf of Tim Crouse, Anuradha Deb and myself. The trip you planned and executed was just marvellous!

All three hotels were lovely. We particularly enjoyed the poolside villa at Aveda, and the Rainforest hotel was just spectacular! The hotel staff in all three hotels were very hospitable and welcoming, and we the rooms were well-appointed and extremely comfortable.

I would particularly like to commend our guide in Kochin (Satish). He was a very informative, well-spoken and enthusiastic. What we really appreciated was that he seemed to be very interested in what he was showing us. It didn't feel like he had done it over and over again.

The driver (Jaison) was just superb. Please use him for all your clients. His driving skills were wonderful. He was careful and alert all the way through, well-spoken and very distinguished. We gave both Satish and Jaison a very handsome tip at the end.

Just coming round jet lag after a long trip and was about to send you my feedback.

The trip went off very well as planned. The flights were on time & no issues.

All the 4 hotels selected were very good in terms of central location, good rooms + amenities and early check ins, specially in Melbourne. Palm bungalows were great.

Hotel pick ups and drops were all on time and no reminders were needed.

The planned tours/trips at all the 4 locations were well arranged and were as per timelines, including pick ups and drops. Visited all sites with adequate time & there were no specific issues.

Overall, the entire trip went off smoothly as per the planned itinerary.

My favorite Yala, hotel and beach were truly top notch and we should have spent one more day there to enjoy the spectacular hotel location and its private beach!
