Package Itinerary

Day 01 - Arrival at Bangalore

Meet on arrival and transfer to a hotel. Depending on the arrival proceed for half-day city tour to Iskcon Temple (one of the largest in the world) - the Krishna Temple is a blend of modern technology and spiritual harmony. After which you can proceed to Lalbagh Botanical Gardens (India’s largest collection of tropical gardens) - beautifully sculpted gardens, flowers abound, rare collection of tropical and sub-tropical plants. Vidhana Soudha - is the seat of the state legislature of Karnataka. Dodda Ganeshana Gudi (Bull Temple) the Hindu temple is inside a park called Bugle Rock.

Day 02 - Bangalore to Hampi (344kms - 6hrs)

After breakfast checkout and head to Hampi. On reaching Hampi, check into the hotel. The evening is scheduled to visit the 14th century quaint town built on the banks of the Tungabhadra River.

Day 03 - Hampi

After breakfast head out on a full day guided excursion to explore three major temple complexes - The Vittala Temple, the Virupaksha Temple and the King’s Palace. The evening is free to walk amidst the ruins of Hampi.

Day 04 - Hampi to Bijapur (217kms - 3hrs 45mins)

After breakfast checkout and head to Bijapur. On arrival in Bijapur check into your hotel. After resting for a bit head out to visit the Fort Bijapur. This fort has a plethora of historical monuments of architectural importance built during the rule of Adil Shahi dynasty. Also visit the Jama Masjid of Bijapur which is a mosque in the Indian state of Karnatak. It was built by Ali Adil Shah I in the year 1578 after the victory over Vijaya Nagara at the Battle of Rakkasagi – Tangadagi in Talikoti in 1565.

Day 05 - Bijapur to Badami (121kms - 2hrs 20mins)

After breakfast checkout and head to Badami, formerly known as Vatapi that was once a royal capital of the Chalukyas. On the way, halt at Pattadakal. Pattadakal is a UNESCO World Heritage Site with around 10 temples that are a mix of Indian architectural styles. On arrival at Badami, check-in your hotel. The rest of the day is free to explore the surroundings on foot or simply relax.

Day 06 - Badami

After breakfast drive to Badami cave temples - The Badami cave temples are a complex of four Hindu, Jain and possibly Buddhist cave temples. Enjoy the rest of the day at leisure.

Day 07 - Departure to Belgaum airport from Badami (141kms - 2hrs 35mins)

After breakfast checkout of your hotel and head to Belgaum airport where you can catch your flight back home.
