Package Itinerary

Day 1 - Arrive Delhi

Arrive by International flight, after traditional 'Swagat' (Welcome) our representative would assist you at airport & transfer to hotel for check in.  After your check-in, take the rest of your day at leisure or explore the city on your own.

Day 2 - Delhi

Today we take a guided tour of Old Delhi, the 17th century walled city of Shah Jahanabad, visiting the great Jama Masjid, which is the principal mosque of Old Delhi. It was built in 1656 AD by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan and is the largest mosque in India. Later we take a rickshaw ride through Chandi Chowk, the old marketplace of Shah Jahanabad now a picturesque bazaar to reach Red Fort.

In New Delhi, we visit Raj Ghat, memorial to the Father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhi. It is a simple black marble platform that marks the spot of his cremation on 31 January 1948. Further we drive past India Gate, memorial built in the year 1931 to commemorate the Indian soldiers who died in the World War I & the Afghan Wars. The names of the soldiers who died in these wars are inscribed on the walls. President's House, the official residence of the President of India, built in the year 1931. Until 1950 it was known as Viceroy's House & served as the residence of the Governor-General of British India.

We will also visit Humayun's Tomb, memorial of Mughal Emperor Humayun, built in the year 1562. The complex is a World Heritage Site & the first example of this type of Mughal architecture in India. Qutub Minar, built in the year 1206 by Qutub-ud-din Aibek. It is a 240 feet tall tapering tower with a diameter measuring 47 feet.

Day 3 - Delhi - Jaipur

Morning after breakfast we drive/fly to Jaipur (Distance: 160km appx). Jaipur, popularly known as the Pink City, is the colorful capital of Rajasthan. With its rich cultural heritage and colorful past, it is now one of the most important heritage cities in India. In addition to its role as the provincial capital, educational, and administrative centre, the economy of Jaipur is fuelled by tourism, gemstone cutting, the manufacture of jewelry and luxury textiles, and information technology. In the evening, explore the colorful bazaars and gardens of Jaipur.

Day 4 - Jaipur

We drive to the ancient capital of Amber. Known for its Amber Fort, Amber was the ancient capital of Kachhawaha dynasty for 6 centuries. Take an Elephant ride to reach the Fort situated on the hill, an overwhelming experience. Later, we proceed to the City Palace, a perfect blend of Rajasthani & Mughal architecture. Further we visit Jantar Mantar (Solar Observatory), an astronomical treasure house, with solar devices that give accurate predictions till date. We also visit Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds), a five-storied structure of pink sandstone. It was built in the year 1799 so that veiled royal women could peer down the busy street market without being seen by the world through its 953 stone Jharokas (mini windows).

Day 5 - Jaipur - Bikaner

Today we drive to Bikaner (Distance 334 kms appx). On arrival check into your hotel. Later on visit Bikaner’s Junagarh Fort, havelis and Jain temple. Junagarh Fort is a fort in the city of Bikaner, Rajasthan. It is one of the few major forts in Rajasthan which is not built on a hilltop. Historical records reveal that despite the repeated attacks by enemies to capture the fort, it was not taken, except for a lone one-day occupation by Kamran Mirza.

Day 6 - Bikaner - Jaisalmer

After breakfast, drive to Jaisalmer (Distance 331 kms appx). Jaisalmer, nicknamed "The Golden city", is a city in the Indian state of Rajasthan. Once known as Jaisalmer state it is a World Heritage Site. After we arrive in Jaisalmer, check into your hotel. Later visit Sonargarh Fort and havelis in Jaisalmer. Later drive to Kaba Fort for camel safari, begin late afternoon and arrive at desert camp in the evening.

Day 7 - Jaisalmer

After breakfast today enjoy a full-day camel safari in the Thar Desert.

Day 8 - Jaisalmer – Jodhpur

Today we leave for Jodhpur (Distance 286kms appx) Jodhpur is a popular tourist destination, featuring many palaces, forts and temples, set in the stark landscape of the Thar desert. The city is known as the Sun City for the bright, sunny weather it enjoys all year. It is also referred to as the Blue City due to the blue-painted houses around the Mehrangarh Fort. On arrival, check into the hotel, take the rest of the afternoon to relax.

Day 9 - Jodhpur

After breakfast, visit the Mehrangarh Fort. The Mehrangarh Fort located in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, is one of the largest forts in India. There are seven gates, which include Jayapol (meaning 'victory'), built by Maharaja Man Singh to commemorate his victories over Jaipur and Bikaner armies. Fattehpol (also meaning 'victory') gate was built by Maharaja Ajit Singh to mark the defeat of the Mughals. The palm imprints upon these still attract much attention.

Day 10 - Jodhpur - Udaipur

After breakfast at hotel, continue drive to Udaipur, Rajasthan (Distance: 259km appx). It is known as the ‘City of Lakes and Palaces’ and has beautiful attractions like enormous marble palaces, enchanting lakes, beautiful green gardens, and old temples. Upon arrival check into hotel.

Day 11 - Udaipur

Morning after breakfast visit the Jagdish Temple. The Jagdish Temple is one of the famous temples of Udaipur. Located in the City Palace complex of Udaipur, this temple is made in the Indo-Aryan style of architecture. It was built by Maharana Jagat Singh in 1651. City Palace and Saheliyon ki Bari (Garden of the Maids of Honour), is in the north of the city. The garden is famous for its lush green lawns, marble art and fountains. It also has fountains, kiosks, marble elephants and delightful lotus pool. In the evening enjoy boat ride on Lake Pichola.

Day 12 - Udaipur - Delhi

After breakfast, check out and take a flight to Delhi (1 hr appx). Spend the rest of your evening at leisure.
